Crossdrum House
A 1824 fully listed Glebe house based just outside of Oldcastle Co. Meath. We were engaged to complete a tasteful re-modelling of main house with a full mechanical and electrical installation completed. We made two substantial new build wings with basements to east and west of main house as well as a complete gut, waterproofing and fit-out to basement in main house. The property had been empty for a number of years prior to works commencing.
Seymourstown House
A 1860's Glebe House based in Carnaross, Co. Meath with associated longsheds. The property had been unoccupied for approximately 45 years and was in significant disrepair. We were engaged to take property back to remove roof, pour ring beam to tie outside walls together, double up size of existing house with two story extension, build a link between house and longshed and incorporate shed into house with utility, Gym, Cinema room and ensuite bedroom. A modern mech and electrical fitout including heatpump, mechanical ventilation and Lutron home automation system.
